Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3 business day, unless it is a custom order, in which Jennifer’s Designs will communicate an estimated ship date. 

Shipments can occur on weekends during normal USPS hours.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders and a delay is expected, we will communicate these changes via email.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We will ship to PO boxes, but do not ship to APO/FPO address at this time.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

A confirmation and tracking number will be sent via email, once label has been printed.

Customs, duties, and taxes

At this time, we do not ship outside of the continental United States. Jennifer’s Designs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. 

Damages

Jennifer’s Designs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

At this time we do not ship internationally.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
